Henlee 100 Club Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 21 years or older, live in New Zealand and have an active Instagram or TikTok account to apply. If selected, you may be required to provide proof of age before your Henlee 100 Club pack is sent.
APPLICATION & SELECTION
Application closes Wednesday 7th October 2026 at 11.59PM.
100 applicants will be selected by Henlee based on their application and suitability for the Henlee 100 Club. Applying does not guarantee selection.
Successful applicants will be contacted via email.
THE HENLEE 100 CLUB
The Henlee 100 Club is an ongoing community giving selected members opportunities to experience Henlee through product sampling, gift packs, merch, early access and other exclusive opportunities.
This is the first Henlee 100 Club Release, with future Club Releases and opportunities planned.
Being selected for the Henlee 100 Club does not require you to participate in every future opportunity. Details and any associated fees will be communicated before each release.
CONFIRMATION AND CLUB FEE
If selected, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm your spot and pay the $9 Club Fee that covers administration, shipping and handling for the first Henlee 100 Club Release.
The $9 Club Fee applies to this release only and is not payment for the gifted product.
Future Club Releases may have their own administration, shipping and handling fees. Any applicable fee will be communicated before you choose to participate. If you don’t confirm your spot within 48 hours, your place may be offered to someone else.
OPTING OUT & REFUND
You can opt out of the first Club Release at any time before your pack has been dispatched. If you have already paid the $9 fee, this will be refunded in full.
Once your pack has been dispatched, the $9 administration, shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
YOUR HENLEE 100 CLUB CONTENT
By accepting your place in the first Club Release, you agree to create and share at least one piece of original social content about the new Henlee product within one week of receiving.
Your content should reflect your genuine experience and honest opinion. You’ll also need to follow the Henlee 100 Content Brief, tag @drink_henlee and include any required gifting disclosure.
Future Club Releases may have different requirements, which will be communicated before you choose to participate.
USING YOUR CONTENT
You still own your content. By participating, you give Henlee permission to repost and share content created as part of the Henlee 100 Club across Henlee’s organic social channels, website and email marketing.
Any use in paid advertising, whitelisting or other paid media will require separate permission.
YOUR INFORMATION
Information collected through your application will be used to assess applications, contact applicants, administer the Henlee 100 Club, verify eligibility where required and arrange delivery for selected participants.
By applying, you also agree to be added to the Henlee mailing list to receive news, product updates, offers and other marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
THE FINE PRINT
Henlee may withdraw a participant’s place if they don’t meet eligibility requirements, provide incorrect information, don’t confirm their place within 48 hours or don’t comply with these terms.
Henlee may reasonably change, suspend or cancel a Henlee 100 Club Release if circumstances outside of its control require it.
